The Aeromiltec CWU 45-P Nomex III Aramid Flyers Jacket is the winter flight jacket style for the US Air Force &  USN . The Aeromiltec CWU 45-P and 36/P are made to keep both warm and dry in any condition with US MIL Nomex III Aramid interlining.


The front pockets allow for easy storage, with a special flap and hook and loop closure to insure your valuables stay secure as well as protected from the elements. Another special feature is the classic removable badge patch on the front.  This workhorse is made for use in cold weather climates (20 degrees F and above). MULTI-CLIMATE PROTECTION SYSTEM (MCPS)

 

The Multi-Climate Protection System 

(MCPS) offers flexibility through multiple 

layering options that achieve a personal level 

of comfort in a variety of environmental 

conditions. MCPS provides flame,thermal, 

and environmental protection, as well as

penetration resistance to POL contaminants.


By using the modular layering system, this

lightweight garment ensemble delivers 

optimal performance in temperatures ranging 

from 70°F down to -40°F.To achieve the proper

 balance between protection and comfort, all 

garment components and styles must be

carefully chosen and evaluated.

 

MCPS is constructed from a flame-

resistant Nomex fabric, a highly breathable 

and a Nomex fabric

 

The high breathability of the MCPS minimizes 

the risk of heat stress and allows for longer 

sustained activity from warmer ground 

conditions to colder flying environments.
